Training
Ergo invest heavily in staff training and development. The provision of training is based on the annual training needs analysis review and on key business requirements. This training consists of both in-house and external training of various durations and can include certificate, diploma and degree courses. All training is subject to certain criteria and terms and conditions will apply.
