From North Side of City
Follow the Malahide Road or the Howth Road until it terminates in Fairview. Turn left onto the Clontarf Road. Take the next right onto Alfie Byrne Road. East Point Business Park is the first left turn on this road.
From South Side of City
Option 1
Cross the East Link Bridge and head north along the East Wall Road. Turn left at the second set of traffic lights, then take the next right onto the Alfie Byrne Road. East Point Business Park is the first right on this road.
Option 2
Alternative Route from East Link / The O2: Follow signs for ‘Terminals 1 and 2’. Travel along the East Wall Road, with The O2 on left, stay in the left lane. Follow signs for ‘Terminals 1 and 2’ and NOT the signs for ‘Tolled Tunnel’. Continue through three sets of traffic lights. At the third set of lights, sign over lane is ‘Port’. Continue straight at this junction, the road veers to the left after the traffic lights. Stay in lane so as not to enter the Port Tunnel. At the next set of traffic lights, turn right following sign for ‘Terminals 1 and 2’. The next set of lights is a right-turn only. Approximately 30m after these traffic lights, turn left onto Bond Road. This is the rear entrance to East Point Business Park. There is a small white ‘East Point’ sign at the entrance to Bond Road. A landmark is the larger sign for ‘Montgomery Transport’.
From the West Side of the City
Make your way onto the quays. Continue straight, past the O'Connell Street junction, until you are on North Wall Quay (IFSC). Follow this to the end, then turn left at the O2 onto the East Wall Road and from here the directions are the same as the alternative route from the East Link above.
