Ergo’s PMO Portal Web Part for SharePoint provides a centralised project management portal for any company projects.
With this tool, a project process can be defined within a site template, detailing:
- Document Libraries defining each step of the project lifecycle
- Folders within each of the document libraries, detailing the sub-steps of the process [if required]
- Document templates are placed within each of documents libraries/folders
When a new project is created, a new sub-site is created for that specific project. This will contain all the pre-defined libraries/folders & documents as defined within the site template.
Contained within the PMO Site by default are the following customised lists:
- Assumptions list
- Risks list
- Issues list
- Dependencies list

The landing page for the PMO Portal site will display a list of the projects and their related URL’s.
