Our Approach

Core to the client relationships of Ergo is a partnership approach, whereby transparency and shared goals lead to successful outcomes. At every stage of an engagement, input and feedback from the client is a continuous part of the process.

Ergo adheres to best practice structures that ensure predictability and confidence in project delivery using a layered governance approach. Working with the client, we will agree:

  • on a steering group and governance plan at the project outset
  • monthly project steering group review meetings with senior stakeholders – led by the Project Manager
  • the setting up of a steering group sub-group
  • weekly status review meetings with the Project Manager
  • an internal Ergo project review committee to give each project amber/red status

Ergo operates a continuous improvement programme with enhanced Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools. We use Microsoft SharePoint for detailing the process applied to each stage of the project, the inputs/outputs, templates and artefacts. Quick Test Professional is used for automated testing.
