Also, the BI component of SharePoint contains new functionality called the Business Data Catalogue. This technology provides seamless
integration to other non-Microsoft databases/systems to allow a full view of key corporate information from within one portal. Connectivity includes SAP, Siebel, IBM Mainframe, Oracle etc.
