Product Engine
The product engine allows organisations to easily add/edit products and implement complex pricing rules, using calculations and rule sets appropriate to the end user.
Workflow
The workflow function governs the process flow, the business rules and the integration with legacy systems and web services. Business functions, exposed as services, can be stitched together to create new applications.
Reporting Service
Rich functionality around reporting will enable on-demand report delivery, deploy event-based report distribution, and directly embed reports in business applications. Automating effective delivery of real-time information drives better business decisions.
Document Management
Users can create, amend, edit and delete various document templates that are stored in a repository for easy retrieval, printing and distribution. Scanning, indexing and document conversion complete a comprehensive range of services.
Tasks
The tasks service provides the functionality to create a task from anywhere in the application. With a compliance checklist, for example, there may be a number of items that the user has to address before proceeding. The service provides the functionality to set-up the questions for each stage of the process.
Risk Ratings
Credit ratings are calculated from financial history and current assets and liabilities. This service provides a seamless credit search and will integrate with a client’s existing risk management models, such as credit scorecards.
CRM
The CRM service provides a single customer view to gain a complete and holistic picture of the customer. A central contact/customer database will be used by other services across the platform.
Applications Capture
The system provides the facility to capture an application form submitted by the consumer, an intermediary or by the lender, depending on the implementation.
Dashboard
The ‘home page’ of the application provides a customised view for the user at log-in, personalised to meet the individual’s business needs.
Commissions
This is a customised service that sets up commission rates for individual brokers. Each can have several commission rates and the bank can set up incentive schemes and different structures to encourage more sales.
Audit
The system contains a complete audit log of all the case movements. Fields can be configured to determine where audits take place. Using the reporting service, users can subsequently examine workflows and query their status.
Security
A security layer service controls access to data, function, user interface and service interaction. Applications within the system are configured to call up the security service when an action is initiated by a user.
