Our support service is operated in accordance with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices. It follows an established escalation process from level 1 (Helpdesk Engineers) to level 2 (SharePoint Administrators) and then on to level 3 (SharePoint Developers and Infrastructure Specialists). Where necessary, issues can be further escalated to a Senior SharePoint Consultant.
