Aoife has worked in Ergo's Software Solutions division as a Developer for over five years. She was promoted to Application Support Team Lead two years ago. As well as excellent hands-on technical skills, Aoife has a proven, outstanding customer service record and very strong communication skills. Aoife's background in media, prior to IT, makes her very well-rounded, creative and a thorough developer. In her time as team lead she has grown the team and implemented new process and quality control. She continually seeks new and better ways to improve her team’s offering and ensure customers are receiving excellent and innovative support.
