As Head of Marketing, Ciara has implemented traditional and digital campaigns leveraging the full spectrum of communications: PR, direct marketing, event management, social media, and search engine optimisation. Ciara has been instrumental in changing the way Ergo is perceived both by customers and media, managing its brand identity in a continual process of transformation that has seen the company successfully evolve from accessory supplier to an award-winning IT services provider. Ciara has the responsibility for being the voice of the customer in Ergo and has implemented many monitoring techniques to gather crucial customer feedback. Ciara holds a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing and Languages from Dublin City University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Marketing Management from the Irish Management Institute.
