The skills shortage in Ireland shows no sign of going away.  Many companies across industry sectors are now relying more and more on their technology to help differentiate and innovate in crowded and competitive markets.  We hear a lot about digital transformation, about disruptive new companies like Uber and AirBnB, but this effects everyone.
