Burdened by Complex Processes?
It’s been exciting times for Ergo’s Product team over the last few months. As Product Manager I want to share what we’ve been working on. In this blog, I talk about the launch of our new product; FlowForma.
On the 23rd of May over 60 COO's, Business Analysts, SharePoint Developers and Heads of Business Units turned out at the Convention Centre for the launch of FlowForma, our new enterprise forms management tool with business process functionality.
After months of hard work, it was a proud moment to introduce FlowForma to the public. They say that the best way to promote a product, is to show it in action - and that’s exactly what we did! We presented a number of demonstrations of how FlowForma can be used to accelerate and simplify business processes, our process examples included; tender process management, grant management, new joiner processes, and expenses management.

Our demos were supported by examples of how our customers; Grant Thornton and Kingspan are using FlowForma, and where they are seeing the benefits. Beaumont Hospital also spoke about how they are using FlowForma to accelerate cross-departmental processes with FlowForma.
Who’s Interested in FlowForma?
At the launch, we were overwhelmed by the volume of questions asked. Attendees could envisage FlowForma working within their organisation, solving business problems. They were impressed that the product sat on SharePoint, and that there was no need for coding, enterprise licenses or SharePoint Developers.
Since the launch, we’ve received phenomenal interest in FlowForma. We’ve been busy meeting with process intensive organisations (esp. in professional services, health and manufacturing) who want to accelerate their business processes.
