At the end of this month, Ergo will be Ireland's only Microsoft Services Ready Partner for deploying System Center software and one of only four Irish technology companies to have completed the Microsoft Services Ready Program.
For Microsoft Gold Partners, Services Ready is the highest achievement for service delivery in a specialist area. This accolade has to be earned through best-practice skills, intellectual capital and the ability to deploy solutions and templates to the highest possible Microsoft standards.
Commenting on Ergo’s achievement, Karl O’Leary, Partner Sales Lead, Microsoft Ireland, said, “Services Ready is our highest level of readiness. Once again, Ergo has shown itself to be a company that is prepared to continually invest in its people and processes to achieve the highest standards.”
Ergo also has a Premiere Support agreement with Microsoft, giving clients access to the highest echelons of Microsoft’s knowledge base. “We can escalate technical enquiries all the way back to the people who developed the technology in Redmond,” said Frazer Furlong, General Sales Manager of Ergo IT Infrastructure. “It is a privileged level of access and we are one of only two partners in Ireland that has such a trusted relationship with Microsoft.”

With this approach we believe that we can deliver value for money while maintaining the quality of our delivery function”.
