As part of this policy, independent and objective quality assessments are made regularly which focus our efforts on the achievement of continuous improvements in our service.
Quality has always been an integral part of the delivery framework practiced in Ergo. In 2010 we recognised the need for standardisation and hence applied the quality measures that we had established and practiced in Ergo for many years to the internationally recognised I.S. EN ISO 9001:2008 standard for quality management. Our current certificate is valid until December 2017. Certification is awarded by NSAI who aim to inspire consumer confidence and create the infrastructure for products and services to be recognised and relied on, all over the world.
