Cloud services have made the network and connectivity even more critical to the enterprise. Ergo network management and monitoring services recognise this by prioritising performance, resilience and security. With skills in integrating diverse IP network and security solutions, Ergo provides an end-to-end Managed Service that covers every base.

We analyse WANs (Wide Area Networks) to make sure the physical architecture and supplier capability can give you the bandwidth and performance your business needs for an optimised user experience. We ensure the LAN (Local Area Network), fixed and Wi-Fi, is fit for purpose and capable of supporting your business requirements, including print and document services.

If necessary, we will embark on WAN/LAN re-architecture planning to achieve optimised connectivity, and deploy a range of tools to provide alerts and reports that will identify issues before they impact on users. Partner vendors include Cisco, Microsoft, Sonic Walls, Sophos and Palo Alto Networks.


Access Management – authenticating users and enabling access to services from smartphones and tablets (as well as desktops and laptops) has become an increasingly important part of our network services.
